Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Architectural Technician to join our practice. The successful candidate will play a role in developing accurate planning and technical drawings.
Duties
- Prepare detailed technical drawings using CAD software
- Prepare panning drawings/ statements
- Develop 3D models and visualisations employing SketchUp/ Photoshop etc
- Ensuring compliance with client specifications and building codes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders engineers, planners, building inspectors to produce high quality packages.
- Support the realisation of graphic design elements for project presentations and client proposals.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to project deadlines and quality standards while maintaining organisation of project files.
Skills
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop
- Strong understanding of schematics, CAD standards, and construction documentation processes.
- Experience in system design within architectural or engineering contexts.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles to enhance visual communication.
- Familiarity with construction processes and experience working on architectural projects
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Pay: £100.00 per day
