Head Baker / Bakery Manager
We're looking for an experienced Head Baker / Bakery Manager to join our team!
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking, takes pride in producing high-quality products, and is ready to lead and inspire a team. You'll be working closely with our current bakery management team to help oversee the day-to-day running of the bakery and maintain the high standards our customers expect.

- Previous bakery experience is essential.
- Experience leading and managing a team is essential.
- A confident leader who can motivate and support others.
- Someone who takes ownership of their role and works proactively.
- A keen eye for quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- Bakery experience and team leadership experience are a must.
