Take ownership of the shift and ensure the venue is left ready for the next team.
Essential:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual and able to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Ability to deal confidently with difficult situations, customer complaints and staff issues.
Understanding of responsible alcohol service, health & safety and relevant licensing requirements.
Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota, including mornings, breakfast shifts, evenings, weekends and late-night closes.
