Support Worker (Part-Time) – Long-Term Opportunity

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Worker to join our team on a long-term basis, providing high-quality support to an individual in their own home and within the community.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference and is committed to delivering person-centred care.
Working Hours
- Monday: 5:00pm – 10:00pm
- Tuesday: 9:00pm – 9:30pm
- Wednesday: 9:00pm – 9:30pm
- Thursday: 9:00pm – 9:30pm
- Friday: 5:00pm – 10:00pm
- Saturday: 1:30pm – 10:00pm
- Sunday: 9:00am – 6:30pm
These hours are available on a long-term, ongoing basis, and reliability is essential.
Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
- Assisting with personal care where required.
- Supporting with daily living activities and promoting independence.
- Preparing meals and assisting with light household tasks.
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns.
- Building positive relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Always following care plans and safeguarding procedures.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months' previous UK Support Worker or Care Assistant experience.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, compassionate and professional approach.
- Ability to work independently.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
