What you will be doing:
- Leading and supporting a team of customer service advisors
- Driving performance against KPIs and Service Standards
- Coaching colleagues through regular feedback and support
- Resolving escalated customer issues
- Identifying improvements to enhance customer experiences
- Supporting your fellow team leaders during periods of leave and sickness
