Clean Green Cleaning Services Ltd is looking for a reliable and trustworthy Female Cleaning Operative to clean two sites located in DE75 7HF and DE75 7PT.
The role involves cleaning each site once per week, spending 2.5 hours at each location (5 hours total per week).
As there are no cleaning cupboards or storage facilities available on either site, you will be responsible for transporting and storing all cleaning equipment and consumables between visits. For this reason, this role attracts an enhanced hourly rate. All equipment, chemicals and consumables will be supplied by Clean Green Cleaning Services Ltd.
Due to the nature of the premises and the service users, this position is open to female applicants only. This is a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
Responsibilities
- Clean communal areas to a high standard.
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
- Dust and wipe all surfaces.
- Clean kitchens and welfare areas.
- Clean toilets and replenish consumables where required.
- Remove cobwebs and maintain high presentation standards.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Carry and safely store all cleaning equipment and products between visits.
- Report any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns.
- Complete any required attendance records or photographic evidence of completed works.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
