Overview
This role is central in supporting all our leaders, managers and supervisors so that they maintain our people focused culture. Our annual and quarterly plans drive performance through our people and the Learning and Development Administrator is instrumental in ensuring all the support is in place to maintain momentum across all departments. Key dimensions of the role are:
Responsibilities
- Planning – understanding the business annual plan and quarterly goals and contributing to integrating people development support into departmental business plans.
- Organising – coordinating people and resources to deliver the people support required by departments. This involves understanding the departments working realities and collaborating with them to provide the necessary support.
- Administration and Reporting – using our established systems for setting up, collecting, recording, and summarising people related information. Providing relevant reports and summaries to enable effective people management.
- Communication - engaging with all people in the business to support them and keep them engaged in the continuing people development process on a week by week basis.

Our office hours are 8am to 5pm (Monday – Friday).
Salary: £16,000 per annum (£32,000 full-time)
Job Type: 20 hours a week, permanent
Pay: £16,000.00 per year
