About the role
As a Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring tenancies are managed efficiently, compliantly and with exceptional levels of customer care. You'll work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and branch colleagues to deliver a seamless property management service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties throughout the tenancy lifecycle
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring works are completed promptly and to a high standard
- Managing tenancy renewals, inspections and end-of-tenancy processes
- Ensuring properties remain compliant with current legislation and company standards
- Resolving tenancy queries and more complex property management issues professionally and efficiently
- Supporting branch teams with lettings and property management matters
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering an outstanding customer experience
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in residential property management
- A strong understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a successful team
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
