Overview:
Looking for a new member to join our fun, friendly and fast paced team of sandwich artists! Here at Subway we are looking to extend our team due to ever growing sales. In need of someone who can work full time, is fully flexible and eager for a challenge in a welcoming environment!
Duties:
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to established builds and customer preferences.
- Ensure food safety standards are met during all stages of food preparation and serving.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sandwich station and prep area.
- Assist in stocking ingredients and supplies.
- Uphold high standards of quality control for all sandwiches served.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering customer inquiries.
- Utilize time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional menu items.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and procedures.
