F&F Stores Ltd./GetTrend is a rapidly expanding E-commerce business. We offer a large selection of items for the whole family, ranging from toys, fashion, home accessories and beauty via popular E-commerce marketplaces and our own e-commerce website.
We are looking for a Warehouse Processing Operative to join our fast-paced e-commerce warehouse team.
Working in a busy and high-volume environment, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, helping us meet daily dispatch targets and deliver an excellent customer experience.
This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations with computer-based processing, so strong attention to detail and good IT skills are essential. You will be required to work at pace while maintaining a high level of accuracy across orders, stock, labels and warehouse systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and prepare stock for Amazon FBA shipments.
- Check stock, quantities, SKUs and shipment information for accuracy.
- Use warehouse systems, Excel and web-based platforms to update and process information.
- Print product and shipment labels using Zebra printers.
- Pick, pack, label and prepare stock for dispatch.
- Carry out general warehouse and manual handling duties safely.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Manage multiple priorities and work to daily processing and dispatch requirements.
Key Skills
- Good computer skills, particularly Excel and web browsers.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties safely.
Desirable:
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Amazon FBA / Seller Central experience.
- WMS experience.
- Zebra printer experience.
- MHE experience.
Payrate: £13.47/hours
