Role Overview
Location: Staines (Hybrid)
Salary: £26,000 – £26,500 per annum

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Graduate HR Assistant to join our growing People & Talent function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their HR career who is passionate about supporting people, developing HR skills, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
You will work closely with the HR Manager and Talent team to support day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, documentation, onboarding, compliance, and general employee support.
Key Responsibilities
Support the HR team across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.
Assist with preparing and issuing contracts, onboarding documents, and employment letters.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR data is accurate and up to date.
Help coordinate induction sessions and onboarding activities for new joiners.
Track probation periods, performance reviews, and other HR processes.
Support with HR queries from employees, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Assist with recording sick leave, annual leave, and other absence management tasks.
Help organise internal events, training sessions, and engagement activities.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team during peak recruitment periods.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, GDPR requirements, and company procedures.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team and management.
What We’re Looking For
A recent graduate (HR, Business, Psychology or similar preferred, but all disciplines welcome).
Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Some exposure to HR, admin, or people-focused roles is a bonus but not required.
CIPA Qualification is needed.
