Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and personable Telesales Canvasser to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
- Identify and qualify potential sales leads through effective communication and questioning techniques
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted canvassing strategies
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional manner during all interactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently
- Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude
- Previous experience in CRM management and lead generation is desirable
- A friendly, persuasive manner combined with resilience and persistence in reaching targets
Pay: £14,338.68-£39,912.16 per year
