Your Role as Receptionist at Lindley Park:
In this influential and rewarding role, you will help shape the highest standard of care by:
· Welcome all visitors to the care home courteously, determine the reason for their visit and check their identity,
· Telephone appropriate departments regarding the visitor’s arrival,
· General filing and preparation of archiving to forward to central archive store,
· Provide administrative support to the Administrator as and when required,
· Assist with the processing of clients payments using the card payment terminal,
· Maintain staff register and sickness files ensuring the relevant documents/spreadsheets are kept up to date,
· Take payments from visitors/residents and receipt as necessary.

Position available:
Receptionist 9am-5pm (Saturday + Sunday)
There will be some overtime available to cover annual leave & the busier period, so flexibility is needed.
You will bring:
· Customer service experience - preferred
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· A genuine passion for supporting older adults
· A professional, positive and proactive approach to the role
