Responsibilities
- Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, trims, shaves, and styling tailored to individual client preferences
- Offer exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and understanding client needs
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Consult with clients to determine desired styles and provide expert advice on grooming options
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to ensure timely service delivery
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding aftercare advice and product recommendations
Experience
- Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness
- Knowledge of current grooming trends and techniques is advantageous
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
- A recognised qualification in barbering or hairdressing is desirable but not mandatory
