Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Carpentry Labourer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of carpentry and construction tasks, supporting skilled tradespeople in delivering high-quality projects. Duties
- loading out materials
- cleaning out flats after carpenters completed the works
- Performing heavy lifting of materials such as timber, kitchen
- Ensuring all work areas are kept clean and organised to maintain safety standards
- Following instructions from supervisors to ensure project specifications are met efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience in carpentry or general construction is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Familiarity with fabrication, assembly, and use of hand tools is advantageous
- Knowledge of power tools, joinery techniques, roofing practices, plumbing, masonry, or electrical work is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks on site
- Good organisational skills with attention to safety protocols during all phases of work
