MITSU Shoreditch
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the MITSU family as a Commis Waiter for the launch of one of Shoreditch’s most anticipated new restaurants.
MITSU is where East London meets East Tokyo a vibrant dining concept blending Robata fire cooking, Japanese technique, and the energy of Shoreditch.
From laid-back lunches to late-night revelry, MITSU promises a high-energy, memorable experience for every guest.
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and service-focused Commis Waiters to support the front-of-house team in delivering seamless service and exceptional hospitality.
Assisting waiters in serving food and drinks to guests
Setting up and clearing tables efficiently
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining floor
Supporting guest needs during service, including refills and clearing plates
Helping with opening and closing duties
Learning and developing knowledge of the menu, drinks, and MITSU standards
Previous hospitality experience helpful but not essential
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and team spirit
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences
