You’ll take ownership of a specialist recruitment desk, with the chance to develop your own client base and reputation.
- Trades & Labour – Support active construction sites with workforce solutions
- Mechanical & Electrical – Work across Electrical & Plumbing sectors (temp & perm)
- White Collar – Place professional and senior-level candidates

- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Working towards clear targets and achievable goals
