Nugent Coachworks Ltd is a leading manufacturer in heavy-duty commercial trailers, plant bodies and concrete mixer drums. The company has expanded its facilities and product range and as a result are growing our team and seeking to recruit a Shot Blaster at our Magherafelt site.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by filling, taping, removing rust and debris.
- Operate blasting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain and clean blasting tools and machinery.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure quality standards are met during surface preparation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proven experience with blasting techniques and equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to work safely following health and safety regulations.
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
