SMOKE BBQ is on the lookout for experienced Front of House team members to join our fast-paced, high-energy restaurant. We’re all about great food, great service, and creating a proper atmosphere for our guests — and we need people who can deliver that every shift.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous Front of House experience is essential (restaurant/hospitality)
- Confident, friendly, and professional with customers
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy service environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of food, drinks, and service standards
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Your role will include:
- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Delivering food and drinks with excellent service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the FOH area
- Handling payments and ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams
