We are looking for an experienced and motivated Shop Manager as well as experienced staff to join our new dessert, milkshake, and fresh juice shop.
Positions Available:
- Full-time Shop Manager
- Full-time Experienced Staff
- Part-time Experienced Staff
Duties will include:
- Preparing fresh juices, smoothies, milkshakes, and desserts
- Serving customers with a positive attitude
- Taking orders in-store and for delivery platforms
- Keeping the shop clean, organised, and hygienic
- Restocking ingredients and supplies
- Working as part of a motivated team
- Managing the day-to-day running of the shop (Manager role)
- Managing staff and organising daily shifts (Manager role)
- Monitoring stock levels and placing orders when required (Manager role)
We’re looking for people who are:
- Experienced in a dessert shop, juice bar, café, or similar food and beverage business
- Friendly and customer-focused
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership and communication skills (Manager role)
