What you'll do
- Welcome guests in a warm, professional and courteous manner from the moment they arrive
- Handle luggage delivery and collection
- Be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, setting the tone for their whole stay
- Respond to guests' special requests with flexibility and creativity
- Support the wider front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly
You'll get full training and clear guidance on how the hotel likes to look after its guests — this is just a flavour of a day in the role.

About you
- Some experience in a customer-facing hospitality, retail or leisure role (hotel experience is a bonus, not essential)
- A genuine passion for delivering great customer service
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken English
- Calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Well organised, with a good eye for detail and personal presentation
- A hands-on, can-do attitude
Desirable: previous experience in a luxury or 5-star hotel environment.
