We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and passionate Full-Time Spa Therapist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional treatments, providing outstanding customer care, and creating a relaxing and memorable experience for every guest.
As part of our Spa team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of high-quality treatments while ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a range of professional face and body treatments to a high standard
- Performing massage, facial, body, and beauty treatments in line with company standards
- Providing personalised treatment recommendations and aftercare advice
- Welcoming spa day guests and hotel residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa
- Ensuring treatment rooms and spa areas are clean, tidy, and fully prepared at all times
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness
- Assisting with the upkeep and presentation of the Thermal Spa area
- Promoting and recommending retail products to enhance the guest experience
- Working closely with the Reception and Spa teams to ensure seamless guest journeys
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
About You:
We're looking for someone with a warm, caring nature who is passionate about health, wellbeing, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will hold a recognised beauty or spa therapy qualification (Level 3 or equivalent) and ideally have previous experience working in a spa or salon environment.
You should be confident delivering a range of treatments, have excellent communication skills, and be able to build rapport with guests while maintaining a professional and calming manner. Most importantly, you'll take pride in your work and be committed to delivering the highest standards of service.
Role Details:
- Full-time position, part-time would be considered for the right candiate
- Shift patterns between 10am and 6pm
- Availability to work weekends, bank holidays, and over the Christmas period as required
