The Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly presentable Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician who takes equal pride in technical craftsmanship and polished guest interaction. You will manage day-to-day repairs and preventative maintenance across our Zone 1 portfolio, acting as the primary, professional face of Condokeeper to our residents and international guests.

Key Responsibilities
Multi-Trade Repairs: Execute first-time-fix repairs across plumbing, carpentry, painting/decorating, lock changes, and basic electrics.
Client Relations: Represent Condokeeper professionally on-site, offering friendly, calm, and clear communication to residents and guests during repairs.
Digital Logging: Submit prompt job updates with clear before-and-after photos using our mobile app.
Site Respect: Maintain clean work environments, use shoe covers in living areas, and leave every property spotless after completion.
Requirements
Technical Background: 3+ years of hands-on multi-trade maintenance in residential or hospitality properties.
Customer Service Focus: Fluent English with exceptional interpersonal skills; comfortable handling guest inquiries and de-escalating tenant concerns on-site.
Professional Standards: Well-groomed, punctual, trustworthy, and organized.
Clearances: Valid UK Driving Licence preferred; must pass a standard DBS check.
