Hours: 39 hours per week

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated dental nurse who enjoys leading by example, supporting colleagues, and delivering outstanding patient care.
Working alongside the Practice Management team and clinicians, you will play a key role in supporting the nursing team, maintaining high clinical standards, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
About You
The successful candidate will be:
- GDC registered
- An experienced Dental Nurse with strong clinical knowledge
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
- A great communicator with excellent leadership skills
- Passionate about patient care and team development
- Committed to maintaining high standards of compliance and professionalism
Desirable Skills and Experience
The following would be an advantage but are not essential:
- Implant nursing experience
- Dental Radiography qualification
- Sedation nursing experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the dental nursing team
- Provide chairside support to clinicians
- Assist with compliance, audits, and practice governance
- Support the training, mentoring, and development of team members
- Ensure surgeries are prepared and maintained to the highest standards
- Promote a positive and supportive working environment
- Help deliver an excellent experience for every patient
