What Youll Be Doing
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Sales Support Teams in line with company processes.
- Maintain and cleanse digital vehicle files following customer delivery, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
- Ensure CRM records (Autoline/Kerridge) are accurate and compliant with Data Accuracy guidelines.
- Support FCA compliance by following current regulatory processes.
- Manage and maximise Vehicle App assignments to meet manufacturer targets.
- Complete vehicle records in bQuotes, including payout data.
- Handle incoming calls, efficiently directing customers to the appropriate team member.
- Assist with invoicing and taxation of vehicles during registration months
What Were Looking For
Were looking for someone with the right attitude, confidence and willingness to learn. You will:

Has previous administrative or motor trade experience (preferred but not essential)

IT literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and web-based applications

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients

High attention to detail and accuracy
