Based in Wokingham, Berkshire, Intersurgical Ltd is a global designer, manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of high quality medical devices for respiratory care, providing flexible patient solutions for airway management, anaesthesia, critical care and oxygen and aerosol therapy for applications within emergency care, hospitals and also in the home.
Due to a pending carve-out acquisition, Intersurgical is expanding its Integration Management Office (IMO) and is seeking a number of highly experienced functional leaders to support one of the largest and most complex integrations in the medical device sector.
We are looking for professionals with extensive experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Quality & Regulatory, Finance, HR, Commercial and IT.
Although these roles sit within the IMO rather than the individual business functions, successful candidates will bring deep functional expertise to help challenge, guide and coordinate integration activities across the programme.
This is not a traditional Project Management Office (PMO) or project administration role. It is an opportunity for an experienced professional to apply their functional knowledge within a fast-paced integration environment, working alongside executive leadership to ensure successful Day 1 readiness and post-close integration.
Essential Experience/Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a relevant functional role

Experience in mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs or large transformation programmes

Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
Desirable Experience/Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline

Experience within regulated manufacturing or medical devices is highly desirable
