Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and care
- Ensure all food safety standards are maintained to guarantee the health and safety of customers and staff
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide friendly service to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and dining spaces to uphold hygiene standards
- Support food preparation tasks as needed to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Follow all company policies related to serving drinks and food handling procedures
Experience
- Previous barista experience or background in serving or food preparation is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards
- Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts
- Ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
