Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our growing team, delivering high-quality refurbishment and construction projects across London. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a proactive individual who can confidently manage day-to-day site operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and programme delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of construction sites.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and direct labour.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Lead site health and safety, ensuring full compliance with current legislation.
- Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Monitor workmanship and quality throughout the project.
- Coordinate deliveries, materials and site logistics.
- Maintain accurate site records and communicate progress with the Project Manager.
- Ensure works are completed in line with programme and client expectations.
Pay: £250.00-£320.00 per day
