Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Office-based (with travel to yard and customer sites as required)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and versatile Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is a mixed-role position combining office-based administration with hands-on work in the yard and customer-facing activities.
You will play a key role in supporting sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the office, yard, and customers, while also representing the business in the field when demonstrating machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day sales and administrative support
- Coordinate sales activity and assist with customer enquiries
- Work in the yard when required, supporting equipment preparation and logistics
- Attend customer sites to demonstrate machinery and support sales conversions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication across teams
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service
About You
- Previous agricultural knowledge or experience is essential
- Confident in both office-based and hands-on practical environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable visiting customers and demonstrating machinery
- Organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a varied role
- Full UK driving licence required (assumed for travel to sites)
