- Must hold a NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care.
- Must be able to register with CQC.

- Maintain accurate and clear records.
- Financial and/or budgetary experience.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
- Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect.
- Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice.
- LE1 Leicester
- 40 hours per week
- Suit an experienced registered manager or an experienced deputy manager looking for first registration

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise care staff to ensure the delivery of personalised care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Oversee medication administration and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop, implement, and review care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families.
- Monitor residents’ wellbeing, providing support for those with complex needs such as dementia or requiring nursing assistance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards related to assisted living and home care services.
- Organise staff rotas, manage recruitment processes, and facilitate ongoing training programmes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care activities, incident reports, and resident progress records.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare providers, and external agencies to promote excellent service delivery.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimise service quality within organisational policies.
We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead a team and oversee the operations of a 4 bed Service that supports individuals with Mental Health and LD needs.
We are looking for a Manager who is:
- Experienced as a Registered Manager or a very experienced deputy who is looking for their first registration
- Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
- Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health
- Demonstrates positive values
- Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
- Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
