Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Account Manager to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career in accountancy and account management within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
The Opportunity
Work closely with a portfolio of business owners, helping to keep their finance functions efficient, proactive and insight-led.
What you'll do
- Build trusted client relationships as a key finance adviser.
- Deliver management information that moves the needle.
- Prepare VAT returns, statutory accounts and corporation tax returns.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping using Xero and cloud accounting tools.
- Support and develop junior members of the team.
What we're looking for
- AAT Level 4 qualified as a minimum.
- Part-qualified ACCA or ACA is desirable.
- Accountancy practice experience.
- Strong Xero expertise.
- An ambitious, courteous team player with genuine commercial curiosity.
- Exceptional attention to detail and professional standards.
