Overview
We're growing and we're looking for a reliable, hardworking construction cleaner to join LG Cleaning & Maintenance on a flexible zero-hour contract.
Location: Lancashire and surrounding areas
Pay: Dependent on experience
Hours: Flexible zero-hours contract. Most work is Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
This is a flexible, zero-hours position, making it ideal for someone looking for work that fits around other commitments. Hours will vary depending on client demand, with opportunities to increase as the business grows.
Duties / Responsibilities:
1. Completing builders' cleans following construction and renovation projects.
2. Undertaking sparkle cleans to prepare newly completed projects for handover.
3. Cleaning new-build homes and housing developments to a high standard.
4. Cleaning show homes, sales offices and communal areas.
What we're looking for:
1. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
2. A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
3. Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
4. Able to work independently and manage your time effectively.
5. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential.
6. The right to work in the UK.
7. CSCS card is preferred.
