We are a fast paced fine dining restaurant in the heart of Belfast City Centre. We are seeking a pragmatic, independent and well rounded chef de partie to run a station. This involves
preparation of fish, classic French mother sauces, fryer experience as well as knife skills. This is not a suitable job for an inexperienced chef. Pastry knowledge is a bonus.
We offer progression within the kitchen, with competitive rate of pay as well as tips.
