Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented CQC Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating communication, and supporting compliance activities related to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards. Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all CQC-related documentation accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Coordinate communication between different departments, ensuring timely dissemination of information via Microsoft Outlook and other IT tools
- Support the organisation of audits, inspections, and compliance reviews by organising schedules and gathering necessary documentation
- Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all CQC compliance activities are completed within specified timeframes
- Assist with training sessions or meetings related to CQC standards as required
- Maintain organised records of all compliance activities, ensuring easy retrieval for audits or reviews
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare compliance standards
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; a proactive attitude is key
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams
- Organisational skills with a keen eye for detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good IT literacy with the ability to adapt to new software or systems quickly
- Effective time management skills to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English with clear professional communication skills
