Duties
- Provide expert hair cutting, styling, and grooming services for clients of all ages in a unisex environment.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining the salon’s organisation
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and maximise revenue
- Mentor junior staff or apprentices, sharing expertise in barbering and hairstyling techniques
- Assist in store management tasks such as stock replenishment and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Deliver excellent customer service by building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalised advice
Skills
- Proven experience in barbering and hairstyling within a salon or barbershop setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients
- Knowledge of store management procedures and retail upselling technique.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members efficiently
- Mentoring abilities to support junior staff or apprentices in developing their skills
- Organised with good time management to handle appointments smoothly while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety standards

Pay: £24,420.00-£51,920.92 per year
