About the Role:
ISO Japan International Training and Workforce Services supports international training, workforce preparation, and cross border programme delivery for individuals and organisations working across education, employment, and professional development.
We are looking for an International Programme Manager who can take ownership of international programmes from planning through delivery and evaluation. You will coordinate training, workforce, partnership, compliance, and operational requirements across multiple stakeholders and locations.
This role is suited to someone who combines strong programme management with practical international coordination. You will be expected to manage complex timelines, support cross border partnerships, monitor delivery standards, and ensure programmes remain aligned with organisational and participant needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Programme Management:
Lead assigned international programmes from initial planning through implementation, review, and closeout.
Programme Planning:
Develop timelines, milestones, resource plans, delivery schedules, and operational requirements for each programme.
International Coordination:
Coordinate activities across different locations, partners, training providers, clients, and participant groups.
Stakeholder Management:
Build strong working relationships with partner organisations, training providers, employers, service providers, and internal teams.
Training Coordination:
Work with training teams to ensure learning activities, participant schedules, and programme requirements are delivered effectively.
Compliance Support:
Ensure programme processes follow relevant internal policies, contractual requirements, documentation standards, and operational controls.
Budget Management:
Monitor programme budgets, forecasts, expenditure, and resource requirements in coordination with finance and operations teams.
Risk Management:
Identify operational, delivery, compliance, and stakeholder risks and develop practical mitigation actions.
Performance Monitoring:
Track programme progress, participant outcomes, delivery quality, and key performance measures.
Reporting:
Prepare regular programme reports, progress updates, stakeholder summaries, and recommendations for management.
Process Improvement:
Review programme workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, communication, and participant experience.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 6 years of experience in programme management, international operations, workforce services, education, training, mobility programmes, or a related field.
Programme Leadership:
Proven experience managing complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and operational requirements.
International Experience:
Strong understanding of cross border coordination, international partnerships, or programmes involving participants from different cultural backgrounds.
Stakeholder Skills:
Confident working with clients, partner organisations, training providers, service providers, and internal management teams.
Planning:
Excellent ability to manage schedules, dependencies, resources, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
Commercial Awareness:
Good understanding of budgets, contracts, service delivery, and programme performance.
Analytical Skills:
Comfortable using programme data, performance measures, participant information, and stakeholder feedback to support decisions.
Organisation:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage several active programmes and deadlines simultaneously.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to present programme information clearly and professionally.

Pay: £5,000.00-£5,800.00 per month
