During your training you'll receive:
- A guaranteed salary while you learn during your 10–12 week Academy Programme
- A Recognised qualification - graduate with a Level 2 equivalent qualification in Taking Control of Goods

- Guaranteed employed or self-employed contract upon successful completion
Our award-winning City & Guilds Training Academy provides everything you need to become a Certificated Enforcement Agent. With a 99% completion rate, trainees typically achieving their on-target earnings within 60 days of becoming certificated.

What you will be doing:
Working alongside experienced Enforcement Agents, you'll learn how to:
- Visit customers to discuss outstanding debts
- Negotiate realistic payment arrangements
- Identify vulnerable customers and provide appropriate support
- Work within legislation and company compliance procedures
- Record case information accurately
- Build positive relationships with customers while achieving successful outcomes
Throughout your training you'll receive mentoring, practical coaching and ongoing support.
We are looking for:
· Communication: Outstanding verbal communication and the ability to negotiate calmly and effectively
· Resilience: The ability to work under pressure, manage conflict and deal confidently with challenging situations
· Professionalism: A smart appearance, good level of physical fitness and high ethical standards
- Driving: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle during training
No previous enforcement experience is required; we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.
