Technical Manager
Location: Hyde/Onsite
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead the site Technical function, driving excellence in food safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do

Lead the site’s food safety, quality and technical compliance agenda

Drive excellence in BRCGS, retailer audits and OPEX standards

Develop and implement the site’s Technical strategy and improvement plans
-
Monitor and improve Technical KPIs, audit results and compliance performance
-
Support root cause analysis, problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives
-
Ensure compliance with key systems including SAP, Innova, Foods Connected and Point74
What You’ll Bring
-
Experience in a Technical, Quality or OPEX leadership role

Strong understanding of food safety and quality management systems
-
Proven ability to lead teams and influence site culture
-
Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
-
Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related discipline

HACCP Level 4 and experience of TACCP/Food Authenticity
