Hours:
- Tuesday: 9am – 7.30pm
- Thursday: 9:00am – 5.30pm
- Contract: Part-time, permanent
- Start date: 14 July 2026 (flexible for the right candidate)
We are a long-established, friendly multidisciplinary healthcare clinic looking for a professional, welcoming and organised receptionist to join our front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and practitioners
- Managing bookings and the clinic diary
- Handling phone enquiries and emails
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing and dispensing herbal medicines (following training)
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
About You
- Friendly, professional and confident dealing with the public
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and organised
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Previous reception or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not essential
