Due to an exciting period of growth, Kenny Waste Management are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Commercial Waste team within the modern offices at Lowry Mill to assist in the development, performance and customer service activities of the Commercial Waste Division of the Organisation.

JOB DUTIES:
- Ensure that customer inquiries and complaints are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identifying why jobs have been missed and taking appropriate action to resolve the issue either externally or internally.
- Monitor own activities to ensure all service levels committed are met and exceeded
- Ensuring that customers are kept informed of any delays or issues with their waste management services
- Managing the Customer service inbox, and other inboxes to cover in holidays etc
- Monitoring customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Using our current software systems to manage the functions of receiving, analysing, resolving and documenting customer’s queries.
- Proactively dealing with day to day delays and providing excellent customer service
- Any other duties deemed appropriate to your role and defined by your line manager.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Waste Management Industry experience (preferred)
- Experience in working as part of a team
- Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
