Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our team. You will provide high-quality personal care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support.
- Assist with mobility, meals, and daily activities.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Caring, compassionate, and reliable.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
