Role: Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above)
Location: NEW Linemere Day Nursery | Hockcliffe | LU5
Contract: Permanent | 37.5–40 hours/week | 52 weeks/year
Working pattern: Varied shifts Monday-Friday between 07:30-18:30
Salary: £27,040–£30,929.60 per annum (pro-rata) | £13.00–£14.87 per hour

About you
You're passionate about giving children the very best start in life and creating meaningful moments that inspire curiosity, confidence and a lifelong love of learning.
You'll bring:

A DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above.

A strong understanding of the EYFS and experience working as a Key Person.

The creativity and enthusiasm to plan engaging, play-based learning experiences that support every child's individual development.

Excellent observation and assessment skills, helping children achieve their full potential.

A collaborative approach, building trusted relationships with children, families and colleagues.
