We are a busy city centre nursery looking to hire a cook. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9-2, totalling 25 hours a week.
Experience of working in a busy kitchen is essential, we can have up to 79 children in the setting per day so previous experience of cooking for large numbers is beneficial. Candidates are expected to have knowledge of allergens and Cooksafe paperwork, an awareness of Setting the Table document would be beneficial.
We would be looking for someone who is hard working with good timekeeping and attendance. The ideal candidate should work in a professional and organised manner as timing is important in serving up lunches.
