As a domestic assistant at Hamilton park you will play a vital role in our team, as a infection control champion , ensuring the environment is kept clean at all times.
Some of the domestic assistant responsibilities are :
- Carry out all cleaning duties as directed in the cleaning tasks folder
- Ensure that daily and deep cleaning schedules are adhered to
- To ensure the folder is completed with tasks carried out on that day
- Maintain a high standard of personal cleanliness and hygiene
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is correctly and safely used and stored in the cleaning cupboard
- Ensure cleaning equipment is labelled clearly for the different areas, such as mops for toilets, dining room
- To report when cleaning products are running low to administration for ordering
- To be sensitive to the privacy of the residents at Morgannwg House
- To comply with all COSHH regulations
- To adhere to infection and prevention control policies at all times
- To ensure the correct use of PPE
- To ensure the cleaning trolley is restocked at the end of the shift and the cleaning cupboards are left clean and tidy
