About the role
CCTV Focus UK is looking for an organised, confident and proactive Sales and Operations Administrator to support our growing business.
The main focus of the role will be managing new enquiries, following up quotations and keeping our Pipedrive CRM accurate and up to date.
You will also support our social-media process by gathering installation photographs and videos, organising and renaming files, and uploading them to Google Drive for use by our automated marketing system.
Key responsibilities
- Contact and qualify new customer enquiries.
- Follow up outstanding quotations by telephone, email and WhatsApp.
- Book site surveys, appointments and telephone consultations.
- Update leads, notes, stages and follow-up actions within Pipedrive.
- Re-engage older enquiries and quotations.
- Maintain an accurate and organised sales pipeline.
- Gather installation images and videos from installers and company archives.
- Rename, organise and upload approved content to Google Drive.
- Assist with general sales and office administration.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, telesales or office administration.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Comfortable following up enquiries and quotations.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Experience using a CRM system or customer database.
- Good computer skills, including email and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Experience using Pipedrive, working within the security or trade industry, or supporting social-media activity would be beneficial but is not essential.
