Job Role: Data Governance Manager
Location: Worcester
Hours: 35 hour per week Monday to Friday

Working on this important investor client contract, as Data Governance Manager you will be passionate about contributing to our vision by:
- Leading on data governance and integrity across the key safety and property systems used by the teams.
- Working in conjunction with the Associate Directors, Building Remediation and Asset Management Teams to pro-actively manage data and reporting across the client’s portfolio.
- Managing the relationship with 3rd party system suppliers, ensuring effective delivery of their systems and software updates/changes
This role reports to an Associate Director.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the development and use of the property and risk management systems used across the teams, ensuring high levels of data quality and integrity.
- Ensuring Group and Client data security protocols are followed.
- Supporting the team to deliver timely reporting and accurate data updates to the client.
- Create and enforce policies for effective data management and establish data sharing rules within the wider team.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to meet their specific data needs and support data-driven decision-making.
- Utilise the best use of and storage of data to create seamless reporting and dashboards for management information use and sharing.
- Acting as a data representative with ad-hoc issues as they arise.
- To support other activity as required.
Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are necessary for interpreting complex data structures and identifying potential issues.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical information and facilitating collaboration across departments.
- The ability to quickly identify and resolve data-related issues for maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Enjoys the buzz of working in a high-pressure, results-driven environment with the need to meet multiple deadlines and juggle priorities.
- Confident, open and articulate communicator with exceptional relationship building skills.
- Excellent IT skills and up to date with new technology.
