SeAH Wind is seeking an experienced QA Systems Lead to manage and continuously improve our Quality Management System, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance in the manufacture of XXXL monopiles for the offshore wind industry.

Lead and develop the QA team, promoting a strong quality culture.

Manage and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).

Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry requirements.

Oversee non-conformance management, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.

Lead internal and external audits and support customer and certification audits.

Develop and report quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage supplier quality approval processes for critical suppliers.

Support projects with Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and tender reviews.

Maintain calibration systems and Management of Change processes.

Deliver quality training and provide expert quality guidance across the business.

Proven experience in a Quality Management role within manufacturing, energy, renewable energy, construction, or a related sector.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

Experience with audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Understanding of fabrication, coating, welding, or heavy manufacturing environments.

Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.

Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, APQP4Wind, PCQI, or similar.

Experience implementing Integrated Management Systems.

Offshore wind or large-scale fabrication experience.
