About the Role
Manchester continues to grow as a major centre for technology digital commerce and business services and at Leetwolf Digital Technology and Commerce we are focused on building reliable scalable systems that support both our internal teams and customer facing operations.
We are looking for an experienced Technology Operations Manager who can oversee the performance reliability and continuous improvement of our technology operations.
You will work closely with product engineering business operations and service teams to ensure systems processes and technology platforms are stable efficient and aligned with business priorities. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong operational judgement with a practical understanding of technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Technology Operations Management: Oversee day to day technology operations and ensure systems platforms and services remain reliable secure and available.
Service Performance: Monitor operational performance service levels incidents and recurring issues and coordinate actions to improve reliability.
Process Improvement: Review technology workflows and introduce practical improvements that reduce manual effort improve response times and increase consistency.
Systems Coordination: Work with internal technical teams and external providers to support system maintenance upgrades integrations and operational changes.
Incident Management: Coordinate the response to technology incidents identify root causes and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Operational Planning: Support capacity planning system changes technology projects and business growth initiatives.
Performance Reporting: Track key operational metrics and provide clear reports on system performance service quality risks and improvement priorities.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate technology issues priorities and operational progress clearly to technical and non technical stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in technology operations IT operations service delivery systems management or a closely related field.
Technology Knowledge: Strong understanding of business systems cloud platforms infrastructure applications and technology service operations.
Operational Skills: Experience managing workflows service performance incidents priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Analytical Skills: Comfortable reviewing operational data identifying trends and using evidence to support decisions and improvements.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to different audiences.
Organisation: Able to manage multiple priorities coordinate cross functional activities and maintain accurate operational documentation.
Problem Solving: Calm practical and solution focused with the ability to investigate complex operational issues and make sound decisions.
Tools: Experience with service management monitoring collaboration cloud administration or business systems platforms is preferred.
Mindset: You are proactive dependable and improvement focused. You take ownership of operational challenges remain calm under pressure and continuously look for practical ways to make technology services more reliable efficient and scalable.
Pay: £4,300.00-£5,200.00 per month
