We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety at our facility. If you have leadership experience, a sharp eye for detail, and a hands-on approach, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of cleaning operatives, managing daily schedules and task assignments.
- Inspect work areas regularly to ensure all cleaning meets company and client quality standards.
- Train new staff on cleaning techniques, specialized equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory by monitoring cleaning supplies, ordering stock, and ensuring equipment is maintained.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, including COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) and safe chemical handling.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees and/or clients
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor, team leader, or senior cleaner.
- Cleaning experience in construction and commercial environments.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals, techniques, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
- Great time-management abilities to balance supervisory duties with hands-on cleaning support when needed.
- Resilience and physical stamina to stay active and manage a fast-paced environment.

Job Details
- Job Type: Full time
- Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, with occasional weekends for sickness/holiday cover. Working times can vary between 06:00 – 21:00, however you will only be working 8-10 hours per day. Normal days will look like 06:30/07:00 - 15:00/16:00.
