Job Overview
Reporting to the Planning Manager and working closely alongside both the production planner and raw material planner.
You will be responsible for maintaining the highest service level to one of our key accounts by managing orders and working closely with 3rd party storage to ensure all orders go out in full.
You will provide support and cover for both the raw material planner and production planner as required.
Responsibilities
Monitor and processing of orders daily maintaining weekly spreadsheet and reporting on loads and sales each week
- Collate weekly stock levels from all sites and share them with wider teams for stock and business reporting
- Chasing and liaising with other departments to ensure all requirements for the week are covered
- Provide a list of regrind and part pallets that can be used for the next 48 hours within the factory ensuring nothing is missed
- Montior stocks on order ensuring the FIFO process are followed and proactively actioning if not
- To monitor customer forecasts and orders as received and report any significant variances including actual orders v forecast
- Serve as one of the primary contacts for a key customer, consistently maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Being a workflow support for the planning team to help the team run smoothly, providing cover as necessary

Pay: £25,420.00-£27,000.00 per year
